Kottamedu village comprises of a Irular tribal community of 28 families. They work as unskilled agricultural, wood cutters, brick making and construction laborers.
NIVASA worked with Banyan Foundation on rehabilitating and rebuilding the village through asset based apprach to deliver cost effective housing
